Applications are now officially open for the WomenInCtrl 2025 Hackathon, a three-week hybrid experience designed to empower women from across Palestine to collaborate, build, and pitch real startup ideas. The program is a partnership between Ibtikar Fund and FINOMENA and requires no prior coding background to participate.

Program Overview and Mission
Under the theme “From Potential to Position: Advancing Women in the Startup Space,” the WomenInCtrl Hackathon is designed for women at all levels—from those who are just curious about the startup world to existing entrepreneurs. The program’s mission is to provide a powerful community where women can build their skills, gain hands-on experience, and take their first steps toward leadership in the innovation space.
What Participants Will Receive
This dynamic program offers a comprehensive support system for all participants, including:
- A 3-day in-person hackathon in Ramallah for team-building and startup creation.
- Preparatory online sessions to build foundational knowledge.
- Expert mentorship and guidance throughout the process.
- Transportation and accommodation provided for women joining from outside the Ramallah area.
- Access to a powerful network of female founders, mentors, and investors.
