A delegation of six Palestinian startups is set to present their solutions in artificial intelligence, IoT, and digital payments at the fourth edition of GITEX Africa in Marrakech this week. The initiative is backed by the Morocco-based Bayt Mal Al-Quds Al-Sharif Agency (BMAQ), in partnership with Morocco’s Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, aiming to connect Palestinian innovators with regional and international investors.

A Diverse Cohort Spanning EdTech to AgriTech
The companies, selected by experts from Al-Quds University, represent a broad range of sectors critical to the digital economy. The delegation offers a look into the emerging Palestinian tech ecosystem:
- AI & EdTech: Burhan provides AI-driven psychological assessments for career guidance, while App Grow is focused on digitizing nursery management and improving parent-caregiver communication.
- E-commerce & Marketing: HowAISees uses artificial intelligence to help brands optimize their digital marketing and retail strategies.
- HealthTech: Labebo has developed a platform for remote therapy and rehabilitation for children, utilizing interactive 3D technologies.
- Fintech: QREDIT is a digital payment platform built specifically for the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- AgriTech & IoT: Hives 360 is deploying Internet of Things (IoT) sensors to enable smart monitoring and data analysis for the beekeeping industry.
Moroccan Support to Unlock Investment and Market Access
The participation is a key part of BMAQ’s strategic effort to foster Palestinian innovation. The agency will host the startups at its pavilion until April 9, 2026, where it will arrange one-on-one meetings with Moroccan and global investors.
This move aligns with BMAQ’s 2024–2027 digital strategy, which centers on creating economic opportunities for Palestinian youth and establishing innovation as a core pillar for social development in Jerusalem. The goal is to facilitate market access and forge strategic partnerships that can help these startups scale.
