Abu Dhabi-based AI and big data analytics company Presight has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the UAE Cyber Security Council (CSC) to strengthen the nation’s AI ecosystem. This strategic collaboration aims to embed robust cybersecurity principles into the foundation of AI development for emerging startups, reinforcing the UAE’s position as a global leader in secure and responsible digital innovation.

Fusing Cybersecurity into AI Acceleration

Under the new agreement, the Cyber Security Council’s CyberE71 programme will officially join Presight’s AI-Startup Accelerator as a key partner. This integration will provide startups in the accelerator with critical cybersecurity expertise, resources, and strategic mentorship. The partnership will focus on developing a joint framework for research, technical enablement, and capacity-building initiatives, ensuring that the next generation of AI solutions are built securely from the ground up.

Building a Resilient Digital Innovation Hub

The collaboration underscores a shared vision to foster a technology ecosystem where innovation and security evolve together. By uniting Presight’s leadership in AI with the Council’s authority in cyber resilience, the initiative aims to empower entrepreneurs to create transformative technologies that are both impactful and trustworthy.
“Our collaboration with Presight reflects a shared commitment to fostering responsible innovation and ensuring that emerging technologies are developed with security at their core,” said His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cyber Security for the UAE Government. “Together, with the CyberE71 Program and Presight AI Accelerator Program, we will help empower a new generation of entrepreneurs to create transformative, secure technologies that advance the UAE’s position as a trusted global hub for digital innovation.”

Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, added, “Our collaboration with the UAE Cyber Security Council will unite Presight’s strengths in artificial intelligence with the Council’s national leadership in cyber resilience. Together, we are enabling startups to scale securely and responsibly, driving technologies that deliver transformation while safeguarding the trust that underpins every digital interaction.”

A Growing Ecosystem of Strategic Partners

The UAE Cyber Security Council joins a dynamic network of strategic partners supporting the Presight AI-Startup Accelerator. This ecosystem includes global technology leader Microsoft, the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI), and venture capital firm Shorooq Partners. Collectively, these partners provide startups with the mentorship, infrastructure, market access, and policy alignment needed to build transformative AI solutions at scale.
