Qatar FinTech Hub Unveils Growth Stage Startups for Wave 7 Acceleration

Qatar FinTech Hub (QFTH) has officially announced the growth-stage startups selected for Wave 7 of its renowned FinTech Acceleration Program. The cohort, featuring founders who are already live in the market, will focus on scaling their solutions, navigating Qatar’s regulatory landscape, and strengthening their investment readiness.

Driving Innovation in Open Banking and Emerging Tech

The selected startups represent a diverse mix of solutions across open banking and emerging technologies, hailing from Qatar, the UAE, and the UK. The Wave 7 cohort includes:

  • Feddi (UAE): An open banking platform specializing in retail intelligence and bank-linked rewards. Feddi uses open banking to automatically link customer transactions with loyalty programs, converting payments into instant rewards without additional steps.
  • Revio Technologies (Qatar): An emerging tech company offering a “Device-as-a-Service” model. Revio provides smartphones through affordable monthly leasing plans that include built-in insurance, upgrades, and full device lifecycle support to ensure sustainability.
  • TrustIn (UAE): Operating in the RegTech space, TrustIn is a regulated digital escrow and trustee platform. It securely holds funds between parties until specific contract terms are met, ensuring secure financial transfers.
  • Cxingularity (UAE): An emerging tech startup focused on alternative credit scoring. The platform automates financial due diligence using an AI engine to analyze statements, compliance, and risk in minutes, accelerating financial decision-making.
  • REG-1 (UK): A RegTech solution offering a unified governance and compliance automation platform. REG-1 provides a single platform to manage business governance and automate regulatory compliance.
