The AI Agent Factory marks a pivotal step in the ministry’s strategy to comprehensively automate and modernise its operations. The platform moves beyond isolated, experimental AI projects towards a systematic, industrial-scale infrastructure for producing autonomous AI agents. This “factory model” positions MOCI to scale intelligent automation across multiple service areas simultaneously, significantly accelerating the timeline for an AI-driven government. The integrated digital platform, built using Microsoft technologies, enables faster and more flexible development of these agents to deliver innovative digital capabilities.

A key feature of the new platform is its ability to support seamless integration with both internal and external government systems. This ensures unified operations and consistent service experiences, allowing intelligent agents to work across organisational boundaries rather than being confined to siloed departmental systems.
