In a strategic move to cultivate the next generation of business leaders, QNB Group has successfully organized the “QNB Little Entrepreneur” program. The initiative, led by the bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility team, is designed to align with Qatar National Vision 2030 and Sustainable Development Goals by preparing a new generation for a knowledge-based economy.

The program provided a unique opportunity for children to develop foundational skills in entrepreneurship and financial literacy through an innovative and interactive curriculum.

Fostering Financial Literacy and Innovation

Over a two-week period, young participants engaged in a comprehensive program filled with activities aimed at developing financial awareness. The curriculum was designed to be both fun and educational, creating a stimulating environment for children to exchange ideas and explore their potential as future entrepreneurs.

The initiative focused on instilling key skills related to productivity, recycling, innovation, and creativity, empowering the participants to become ambassadors for sustainable and positive community impact.

From Idea to Business Model

A core component of the program involved practical application. Participants were challenged to translate their creative ideas into tangible projects, complete with simplified business models and product prototypes. The young entrepreneurs also developed basic marketing plans for their ventures.

At the conclusion of the program, all participants were awarded a “QNB Little Entrepreneur” certificate, recognizing their valuable contributions and successful completion of the intensive workshop.
