The eight-month accelerator is designed to fast-track the growth and regional expansion of its participating companies. REACH MENA provides a proven framework that includes financial support, bespoke mentorship, and unparalleled access to a network of industry leaders and investors. The program is structured to offer long-term support, ensuring sustained success for its alumni long after the program concludes.

The selected startups offer a diverse range of solutions aimed at tackling key challenges across the real estate value chain, from development and sales to property management and procurement.
Asano: An AI-driven real estate development intelligence platform that unifies financial, development, and spatial data to optimize capital planning for large-scale projects.
Coraly: An AI-powered growth platform tailored for real estate business teams, including agencies, brokerages, and marketing professionals, to enhance their operations.
Fixit: This startup provides an AI-powered virtual employee dedicated to real estate sales, helping companies sell properties with greater efficiency.
Holox: A developer of digital twin solutions for off-plan property sales, transforming master plans and architectural drawings into interactive 3D experiences for potential buyers.
Rewa: A platform that transforms rent payments into rewarding financial experiences. It offers points and rewards for tenants while enabling landlords and property managers to digitize and streamline rent collection.
Takeem: A digital rental platform designed to simplify leasing procedures, eliminate upfront fees, and pre-qualify tenants. It also reduces landlord risk by offering rental income protection.
Watad: An AI-powered procurement platform for construction materials that integrates financing services, creating a seamless and efficient supply chain for developers.
