Global AI transformation company Magna AI and SAP Gold Partner TechnoVal have announced a memorandum of understanding for a $300 million strategic alliance aimed at advancing AI-powered industrial transformation throughout the Middle East and Africa. A key component of this partnership is the establishment of a sovereign AI and cloud data centre in Saudi Arabia to serve both public and private sector workloads.

The collaboration will focus on developing a joint AI and cloud data centre in Saudi Arabia, creating a sovereign-ready innovation hub to manage cross-border AI computing and data governance. This initiative is designed to meet the growing regional demand for sovereign cloud services, ensuring enterprise-grade performance and security for government and corporate clients.
Powering Industrial Transformation
The initial phase of the alliance will see the transformation of TechnoVal’s parent companies, HSA and OMACO Groups, into AI-driven industrial benchmarks. By embedding intelligence, automation, and predictive optimisation across their vast operations in over 80 markets—spanning FMCG, packaging, logistics, manufacturing, and food processing—the partnership will provide a real-world model for large-scale industrial AI implementation.
Enhancing Enterprise Systems and Cybersecurity
Magna AI will integrate its advanced capabilities directly into TechnoVal’s existing SAP ecosystem. This will enhance solutions like S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba with predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and AI copilots to modernize operations and boost productivity.
Furthermore, the alliance will bolster TechnoVal’s cybersecurity offerings using Magna AI’s advanced SIEM and Cybersecurity Digital Twin technologies. This integration will enable proactive defence, predictive threat detection, and measurable resilience for enterprises and government entities across the region.
Future Ambitions Across MENA
Beyond the initial industrial focus, the partners intend to extend this initiative to other critical sectors, including the public sector, finance, energy, healthcare, construction, and smart cities. This long-term vision aims to build a robust foundation for intelligent industrialisation across the MENA region, supported by collaborative go-to-market strategies and ecosystem enablement frameworks to accelerate AI adoption.
