This applied course, undertaken in the final semester, will now serve as a direct channel for ambitious student ideas to evolve into commercial ventures. Under the new framework, the most distinguished projects will be formally submitted to relevant authorities, including the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), for official registration and patent protection.
