The Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) has announced it will host the fourth edition of the Global AI Summit in Riyadh from September 15 to 17, 2026. The prestigious event will be held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the SDAIA Board of Directors.
A Global Convergence of AI Leadership
The summit is poised to become a central gathering for the world’s foremost minds in artificial intelligence. It is expected to attract a high-profile international delegation of government leaders, decision-makers, CEOs of major technology companies, and leading experts, innovators, and researchers from across the globe. A notable outcome from past editions was the launch of the International Center for AI Research and Ethics (ICAIRE), a UNESCO-affiliated center headquartered in Riyadh.
Dr. Alghamdi emphasized that the summit reinforces the Kingdom’s vision to build a sustainable, knowledge-based economy and solidify its role as a global hub for artificial intelligence.
