Saudi Arabia To Offer Over 10,000 SME Investment Opportunities At Biban 2025

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority of Saudi Arabia, Monsha’at, has announced it will present over 10,000 investment opportunities to entrepreneurs and SMEs at the upcoming Biban 2025 forum. The major event is scheduled to take place from November 5th to 8th at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Convention Center under the theme “A Global Destination for Opportunities,” signaling a significant expansion in the Kingdom’s support for its entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The Opportunity Zone A Gateway For Growth

Central to this initiative is the “Opportunity Zone,” a dedicated area within Biban 2025 designed to serve as an interactive platform connecting entrepreneurs with high-value investment and procurement prospects. The zone aims to bridge the gap between the public and private sectors, allowing major entities to showcase specific projects and collaboration opportunities directly to a curated audience of SMEs and startup founders. This direct access is intended to enhance the presence of small businesses across diverse economic sectors.

Driving Economic Diversification

The opportunities presented will span multiple industries critical to the Kingdom’s economic diversification goals under Vision 2030. Key sectors highlighted include tourism and quality of life, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, and environmental services. This focus reflects a strategic push to bolster non-oil sectors by fostering innovation and expanding the investment base, empowering local enterprises to contribute significantly to national development.

A Unified National Ecosystem

To facilitate access and integration, the Opportunity Zone will incorporate several key national initiatives and platforms. Among them is the “Jadeer” service, which qualifies and enables SMEs to connect with large corporations to enhance local content. The municipal investment portal “Furas” will also feature, offering thousands of investment opportunities across the Kingdom’s cities. Additionally, the “Tisa’a Ashar” platform will be present, providing innovative solutions to support and develop enterprises at every operational stage. This integrated approach ensures that entrepreneurs can leverage a comprehensive support system to seize available opportunities.

About Monsha’at

It works to increase the productivity of these enterprises and raise their contribution to the GDP from 20% to 35% by 2030. Monsha’at plays a crucial role in creating a supportive environment for SMEs through policy-making, funding facilitation, and entrepreneurial programs.
