The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is set to host the fifth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition, a premier global event dedicated to advancing the pilgrim experience through technology and innovation. Organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program, the conference will take place in Jeddah from November 9 to 12 under the theme “From Makkah to the World.”
A Global Platform for Hajj and Umrah Innovation
The four-day event will serve as a global hub for academics, researchers, diplomats, and Hajj affairs representatives to explore the future of pilgrim services. The agenda features over 80 sessions and 60 workshops focused on breakthroughs in technology, urban development, and service management. The conference is expected to attract more than 2,400 trainees and participants, alongside 260 exhibitors from 137 countries, all showcasing cutting-edge solutions designed to enhance the Hajj and Umrah journey.

This year’s exhibition will place a strong emphasis on digital solutions that improve pilgrim management, safety, and sustainability. Exhibitors will present the latest innovations aimed at creating a seamless and spiritually fulfilling experience for millions of visitors. Reinforcing the Kingdom’s Vision for Religious Tourism
In preparation for the event, Makkah Deputy Governor Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz met with Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq Al-Rabiah to review the arrangements. The meeting underscored the ongoing efforts to strengthen coordination between public and private sector entities. The conference continues to solidify its position as a global benchmark for innovation in religious tourism, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s leadership in leveraging technology to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and overall quality of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage.
