The Diriyah Company has announced the launch of its new landmark project, “Jabal Al-Qurain Avenue,” a pioneering destination designed to serve as a multifaceted incubator for promising Saudi and regional entrepreneurs in the retail and food and beverage sectors. The avenue will offer a wide range of spaces tailored to the needs of startups and growing businesses, providing a dynamic platform for innovators looking to develop unique brand concepts that enrich the experience for Diriyah’s residents and visitors.
A New Hub for Innovation and Commerce
Jabal Al-Qurain Avenue is a significant component of the expansive Al-Qurain Cultural District, which was first announced in 2024. Designed as a fully pedestrianized, vibrant hub, the avenue will feature a dynamic mix of arts, offices, and residences alongside its retail and dining offerings. The project will include 56 retail units, 15 restaurant and cafe units, 102 residential units, and 40 offices. It will also host a collection of specialized academies and institutes focused on preserving and promoting Saudi heritage and culture.
Fostering a Vibrant Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
The project underscores a commitment to nurturing local talent and innovation. The 56 retail units will cover a total leasable area of 7,301 square meters, while the 15 F&B units will offer a combined leasable space of 2,248 square meters. This dedicated infrastructure is designed to provide a supportive environment for creative business ideas to flourish.

Part of a Landmark Cultural Development
The avenue is an extension of the Al-Qurain Cultural District, a SAR 5.8 billion (USD 1.55 billion) joint venture project whose foundation stone was laid in November 2024. Beyond the new avenue, the district will feature three world-class hotels and branded residences, including The Ritz-Carlton Diriyah, Address Diriyah, and a Four Seasons hotel. The retail units within Jabal Al-Qurain Avenue will contribute to the extensive commercial offerings of the 14-square-kilometer Diriyah giga-project, which is set to contribute approximately SAR 70 billion (USD 18.6 billion) to the Kingdom’s GDP and create 180,000 jobs.
