Squadio, a Saudi-based company specializing in recruiting and managing remote technical talent, has successfully closed a Pre-Series A funding round of SAR 11 million (approximately $3 million). The investment is aimed at accelerating the company’s expansion across the region and globally.

Strategic Backing From Key Regional Investors

The funding round saw participation from a prominent group of investors, including Wa’ed Ventures by Aramco, Sanabil 500, Nornor Investment, and Sidra Ventures. The National Technology Development Program (NTDP) also contributed to the round, signaling strong institutional support for Squadio’s mission to streamline technical hiring.

Fueling Regional and Global Expansion

With this new capital, Squadio plans to build on its recent successes and scale its operations. The company has already established a significant presence, serving clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, and the United States. It currently operates from its headquarters in Riyadh, with additional offices in Dubai, Alexandria, and Silicon Valley, positioning it to capture a wider international market.
