The summit featured a keynote address by Prof. Mike Grandinetti of Harvard Business School, who shared global perspectives on leveraging AI, innovation, and leadership to advance national research goals.
A Platform For Responsible AI Adoption
A central feature of the summit was a panel discussion focused on the practical applications and ethical considerations of AI in scholarly communication. The discussion highlighted how AI-enabled tools and workflows are reshaping the future of academic research.
The panel included distinguished leaders such as Dr. Sulaiman Bin Ibrahim Al-Riyayi, General Director, Consultant and Expert; Dr. Abdulrahman Niazy, Director at Prince Naif bin Abdulazziz Health Research Center at King Saud University; and Prof. Fatemah Almofarrah, Director of the Scientific Research Centre at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. The session was moderated by Ruchi Chauhan, Vice President & Head of Marketing (RoW) at Cactus Communications.
