Riyadh-based Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company (2P), a leading ICT solutions provider, has secured a significant government contract valued at SAR 89.68 million (approximately $24 million) from the Agricultural Development Fund (ADF). This partnership highlights the increasing trust placed in local technology firms to spearhead critical national infrastructure projects within the Kingdom.
Strengthening National Tech Infrastructure
The contract, awarded on October 20, tasks 2P with providing comprehensive managed services for the ADF’s core technology systems. According to a bourse filing, the project covers the operation, maintenance, and development of the fund’s IT infrastructure, information security, applications, and cybersecurity networks. This strategic agreement aims to ensure the continuity and operational efficiency of the ADF’s digital backbone.
Fostering Local Talent and Knowledge Transfer
A key component of the service level agreement is its focus on enhancing the capabilities of the national workforce. The partnership includes provisions for knowledge transfer and skills development, ensuring that qualified local technical staff are empowered to support and sustain the operations system. This aligns with Saudi Arabia’s broader goals of building a skilled, tech-proficient local talent pool.
Long-Term Financial Impact
The deal is set to provide a sustained positive financial impact for 2P Perfect Presentation, with the effects expected to reflect on the company’s financials from 2026 through 2029. This contract follows other recent strategic financial moves by the company, including a SAR 120 million Sharia-compliant facility secured from the National Bank of Kuwait earlier in October.
