A major collaboration between Orange Business, European AI leader LightOn, Saudi-based Edarat Group, and NVIDIA has resulted in the launch of Live Intelligence, a fully sovereign, end-to-end Generative AI platform for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Announced during GITEX 2025, the platform is designed to empower governments and enterprises to innovate with AI while guaranteeing data sovereignty.

Building on Proven Success
Live Intelligence is not an entirely new venture. The platform was first launched in France in September 2024 and later expanded across Europe in April 2025. Its effectiveness has been proven internally, with over 90,000 Orange employees actively using the platform, which was originally developed by the company’s innovation teams to improve internal operations. This widespread internal adoption has led to significant productivity gains and demonstrates the platform’s user-friendly design.
