Enjaz Payment Services, a fintech company in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, has entered into an exclusive partnership with Orange Egypt to launch a new money transfer service from Saudi Arabia to Egypt. The collaboration aims to provide a seamless and rewarding remittance experience while supporting financial inclusion goals across the region.
Key Highlights
The new service introduces significant benefits for customers sending money between the two countries:
- Strategic Partnership: An exclusive collaboration between Enjaz Payment Services and Orange Egypt.
- Key Service: A new remittance service from Saudi Arabia to Egypt via the Orange Cash wallet.
- Key Incentives: No international transfer fees for the sender and EGP 500 cashback for the recipient in Egypt.
- Enjaz Network: Enjaz operates through more than 140 branches in Saudi Arabia, in addition to its digital platform.
A Seamless and Rewarding Remittance Corridor
The new service enables customers in Saudi Arabia to send money through Enjaz’s extensive network of over 140 branches or via its digital platform. The funds are sent directly to the recipient’s Orange Cash wallet in Egypt, eliminating the need for them to visit a branch. Once received, the balance can be used for payments, purchases, bill settlements, or withdrawals. This partnership expands Orange Cash’s international remittance services, which are already available from Jordan, Kuwait, the UAE, Qatar, and Oman.
A Strategic Alliance to Drive Financial Inclusion
The collaboration is designed to create tangible value for customers and support the broader goal of financial inclusion. “Through this collaboration, we are not only facilitating remittances but also creating tangible value that supports financial inclusion across the region,” commented Bassam Al-Eidi, Chief Executive Officer of Enjaz Payment Services. He added that the partnership “opens new horizons for international cooperation and lays the foundation for broader collaboration that can reshape the global remittance landscape.” Ahmed El Abd of Orange Egypt echoed this, stating that the service provides “a safe, fast, and convenient way to receive international transfers.”
