Saudi Arabia’s Prosperity7 Ventures has participated in a $260 million Series F funding round for Uniphore, a global leader in Business AI. The round, which values the Palo Alto-based company at $2.5 billion, was notable for its strategic investors, including tech giants NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks, alongside Prosperity7 and other financial investors like NEA and March Capital.

The new capital is earmarked to accelerate innovation on Uniphore’s AI and data platform, the Business AI Cloud.

A Strategic Investment in Governed AI

The investment from Prosperity7, the $3B diversified venture capital fund of Aramco Ventures, aligns with its commitment to supporting scalable and governed AI platforms. Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud is designed to help large enterprises move from AI pilots to full-scale production by balancing user-friendly applications with enterprise-grade security, governance, and data sovereignty.

“Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud brings open model choice, data sovereignty, and agentic automation together so enterprises can move from pilot to production fast,” said Abhishek Shukla, Managing Director at Prosperity7 US. “We are investing to support a platform that delivers governed AI at a global scale and measurable business results.”

Uniphore’s platform combines conversational, emotional, and generative AI to help businesses understand and act on human conversations across voice, video, and text.

Tech Giants Validate Enterprise AI Platform

The participation of major AI and data infrastructure companies NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks signals strong market validation for Uniphore’s platform.

“We see Uniphore as a leader in business AI, enabling an agentic enterprise,” said Hemant Dhulla, Vice President of NVIDIA AI Software. “By combining a sovereign and secure approach with seamless model orchestration and rapid deployment of AI agents, Uniphore is helping organizations unlock meaningful business outcomes.”
