In a landmark move for the region’s technology landscape, TechnoVal, a leading regional enabler of digital transformation and an SAP Gold Partner, has announced a planned $300 million strategic alliance with Magna AI. The partnership, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed at GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai, aims to build the architecture for an AI-powered economy across the Middle East and North Africa.
A Sovereign AI Hub for the Region
A cornerstone of the partnership is the development of a joint AI and Cloud Data Center in Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region. This sovereign-ready innovation hub is designed to support both public and private sector workloads, establishing a trusted platform for secure cross-border AI computing, data governance, and enterprise-grade performance. The initiative will enable governments and organizations to scale their adoption of artificial intelligence securely and responsibly.
Transforming Industrial Giants
The alliance will initially focus on transforming TechnoVal’s parent companies, HSA and OMACO Groups, into pioneers of AI-driven industry. These conglomerates, which operate in over 80 global markets across FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, and food processing, will serve as the world’s first industrial benchmark for the project. The goal is to embed intelligence, automation, and predictive optimization throughout their value chains to enhance efficiency, predictability, and sustainability. The partners intend to later extend these solutions to the wider ecosystem, including finance, energy, healthcare, and smart cities.
Integrating AI Across Enterprise Systems
Under the agreement, Magna AI’s full-value-chain capabilities will be integrated into TechnoVal’s extensive SAP ecosystem. This will enhance solutions such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba with predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and AI copilots, empowering clients to modernize operations and unlock new levels of productivity. Furthermore, TechnoVal’s cybersecurity portfolio will be reinforced with Magna AI’s advanced SIEM and Cybersecurity Digital Twin technologies for proactive threat detection and defense.
