Sira Launches Sira Squared to Bolster Founder Confidence and Connectivity

The UAE-based ecosystem builder Sira has announced the launch of its latest initiative, Sira Squared, to cap off a landmark year in 2025. The new program is designed to double down on the platform’s core mission of fostering confidence and meaningful connections among entrepreneurs across the MENA region.

A Renewed Mission for 2026

Sira Squared represents a strategic evolution of Sira’s original mandate. While the initial platform focused on providing resources and networking opportunities, the new initiative addresses a more nuanced challenge within the startup journey: the psychological and interpersonal resilience required for long-term success. The program was developed after extensive feedback from the Sira community, which highlighted a growing need for deeper, more authentic support systems beyond traditional mentorship.

What is Sira Squared?

The new initiative is a structured, year-long program built on two key pillars. The first is “Confidence,” featuring a series of intensive workshops on public speaking, leadership psychology, and high-stakes negotiation, led by industry veterans. The second pillar, “Connection,” introduces curated peer-to-peer support circles, matching founders at similar stages to share challenges and successes in a confidential, collaborative environment.

“We realized that access to capital and knowledge is only part of the equation,” said Roa Al-Zayani, founder of Sira. “True resilience is built in the trenches, with a community that understands your journey. Sira Squared is our commitment to building that foundational support structure for MENA’s next generation of leaders.”

Building a Resilient Founder Community

The launch of Sira Squared comes at a critical time, as the regional ecosystem matures and founders face increasingly complex global and local pressures. By focusing on soft skills and mental fortitude, Sira aims to equip entrepreneurs with the tools to not only build successful companies but also to navigate the personal challenges of the startup lifecycle. The program’s emphasis on peer connection is intended to combat founder isolation and foster a more collaborative and sustainable ecosystem.
