Program Overview and Mission
StartMashreq aims to facilitate growth across the Mashreq region by providing step-by-step guidance, tailored training, and virtual incubation programs. The mission is to support aspiring entrepreneurs and young talents from all backgrounds—including refugees, internally displaced persons, women, and other marginalized groups—by giving them access to the modern tools, resources, and networks needed to transform their innovative ideas into successful businesses.
A Two-Phase Journey to Global Exposure
The program is structured in two main phases to provide both foundational and advanced support:
- Phase 1 (Bootcamp): Entrepreneurs apply to join one of five regional bootcamps, including the one currently accepting applications in Erbil, Iraq.
- Phase 2 (Incubation): The top 12 startups from the bootcamps will be selected to join an intensive 3-month incubation program.
