The Tamouh Youth Association, in partnership with the Ehsan National Platform for Charitable Work, has successfully launched a specialized training program to cultivate digital entrepreneurship among 100 young men and women in the Al-Laith governorate. The initiative is designed to equip aspiring freelancers and entrepreneurs with advanced skills in e-commerce and modern marketing, enabling them to transform their ideas into resilient digital businesses.
Building Failure-Resistant Ventures
The program is structured around the “Digital Compass” methodology, developed and led by business consultant Ahmed Ali Al-Amoudi. This framework aims to instill a “failure-resistant project” mindset by focusing on a solid business foundation built on the 3Cs: Competence, Cost, and Customer Need. Participants undergo intensive training on technical execution, establishing operational trust in e-commerce platforms, and intelligently managing advertising campaigns through a sharp focus on key performance indicators (KPIs). The ultimate goal is to shift participants from being mere idea executors to data-driven digital leaders capable of making decisions based on profitability and analytics.
A Four-Month Intensive Journey
This five-day, in-person training camp marks the first phase of a comprehensive four-month marketing initiative. The curriculum is designed to provide a deep dive into sustainable growth strategies, including customer retention, business automation, and affiliate marketing. By covering the entire lifecycle of a digital venture, from ideation to scalable growth, the program provides a holistic pathway for participants to build and lead successful projects in the freelance market.
Fostering Local Digital Leadership
This initiative reflects a strategic investment in the region’s economic future by leveraging its local competitive advantages. Omar Al-Sabai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tamouh Youth Association, emphasized the program’s strategic importance. “Empowering our youth in the digital sector is an investment in the governorate’s economic future,” he stated. “This program, supported by the Ehsan platform, embodies our vision of developing the capabilities of young people. We are not just training them on e-commerce; we are instilling in them a sustainability mindset to become leaders of strong and effective projects in the freelance market.”
