Available Roles
The FORGE is currently recruiting for five specific positions ranging from senior leadership to engineering:
- CTO and Technical Co-Founder (FinTech & Payments):
- Mission: Solve global financial workflow validation issues and eliminate integration failures.
- Experience: Senior (7-10 years).
- Chief Clinical Officer (Deep Tech/AI Health):
- Mission: Define clinical strategy and regulatory compliance for advanced AI products (LLM/AI agents).
- Experience: Senior.
- CTO (HealthTech & Pharmaceutical SaaS):
- Mission: Execute the technical vision for a platform modernizing the pharmaceutical logistics ecosystem.
- Experience: Senior.
- Technical Co-Founder (AI, Full-Stack, or Architecture):
- Mission: Provide technical leadership for the deployment of specialized AI agents.
- Experience: Senior.
- Embedded Systems Engineer (AI in Healthcare):
- Mission: Develop real-time hardware/software solutions optimized for low-power operation.
- Experience: Entry Level (0-3 years).
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, candidates must meet the specific technical skill sets for their desired role (e.g., Cloud infra, DevOps, Regulatory compliance, C/C++) and possess:
- Drive: A mission-driven mindset with a desire to build something that lasts.
- Leadership: For senior roles, the ability to define strategy and lead technical teams.
