TiE Dubai has revealed the winners of the UAE Track for its 2025 TiE Women MENA Program, a competition celebrating the region’s top female entrepreneurs. Anisha Oberoi, founder of SECRET SKIN, has been selected as the winner, recognized for her innovative beauty and wellness platform.
The 2025 Winners
The program highlighted three founders for their exceptional ventures and leadership. The winners of the UAE Track are:
- Winner: Anisha Oberoi, founder of SECRET SKIN
- Runner-up: Sahar Karoubi, founder of Bambuyu
- Runner-up: Sakshi Jain, founder of Seha Wellness
The winners were chosen by a jury panel that included Hind Rasheed, Kevin Holliday, Natasha Hatherall, and Sönke Peters.
Global Accelerator Access And Opportunities
All three founders will gain access to the prestigious TiE Women Global Accelerator Program. As the first-place winner, Anisha Oberoi also unlocks a suite of additional opportunities, including mentorship from industry leaders, a chance to pitch at the Expand North Star event during GITEX UAE, and a spot to compete on a global stage at the Grand Finals in Jaipur.
