TiE Women MENA Program Announces Emirati Track Winners For 2025

The TiE Women MENA Program, organized by TiE Dubai, has officially announced the winners of its 2025 Emirati Track competition, which celebrates homegrown female entrepreneurs in the UAE. Mahra AlQubaisi, founder of Elevation, was named the winner of this year’s program.

The 2025 Winners

The program recognized three founders for their innovative ventures and entrepreneurial drive. The winners are:

  • Winner: Mahra AlQubaisi, founder of Elevation
  • Runner-up: Shaima AlQassab, founder of Susty
  • Runner-up: Jawaher Elhebsi, founder of Jewels Autism Holistic Health Coaching

A panel of jurors including Abeer AlAmeeri, Ahmed Hamzawy, Deemah Kayed, and Nour Al Khatib selected the winners.

Accelerator Access And Global Opportunities

All three founders have secured access to the TiE Women Global Accelerator Program. As the first-place winner, Mahra AlQubaisi also unlocks additional opportunities, including mentorship from industry leaders, a chance to pitch at the Expand North Star event at GITEX UAE, and a spot to compete in the Grand Finals in Jaipur.
