The event served as a major platform for significant government announcements and strategic private sector partnerships, all centered on advancing artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and a future-ready economy. Government Spearheads AI-Native Transformation
UAE government entities showcased a strong commitment to digital-first governance, unveiling a series of groundbreaking projects. The Abu Dhabi Government announced its ambitious vision to become the world’s first fully AI-native government by 2027, with over 30 entities participating under the theme “AI-Native by Design, Community-Driven by Purpose.” A key announcement was TAMM 4.0, the upgraded super app offering over 1,100 services enhanced with AI features like AutoGov, AI Vision, and Smart Guide.
In Dubai, the DANA Project was launched by Dubai Municipality to leverage AI and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for intelligent city management. Concurrently, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) revealed a collaboration with Google Cloud to position AI as a key driver of real estate investment, introducing the DLD Investor AI Assistant powered by Google Gemini. Furthering its digital agenda, Digital Dubai launched the Digital Balance Program to promote responsible technology use, while Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) signed an MoU with K2 to advance a smart and sustainable transport ecosystem, focusing on autonomous vehicles and air taxis.
Private Sector Drives Tech Innovation
The private sector mirrored the government’s momentum with major advancements in next-generation technologies. Deloitte Middle East and IBM announced a strategic partnership to deliver AI-driven services across key regional markets, with plans to establish an AI Governance Centre of Excellence. Supporting the UAE’s sovereign AI agenda, du unveiled its AI Park in Dubai, a 500,000-square-meter hub featuring liquid-cooled hyperscale data centers, AI research labs, and startup incubators.
In the financial sector, the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) Group introduced three new AI-powered tools—AI Financial Insight, AI Court Order Agent, and TAMM for ADX Investors—to improve financial literacy and transparency. Meanwhile, Microsoft showcased its latest Surface for Business Copilot+ lineup in the Middle East, including its first laptop with native 5G capability, designed to deliver AI-optimized performance for enterprises across the region.
