The platform integrates vital data relating to city infrastructure, construction activities from licensing to completion, and planning updates through its Urban Planning Observatory. This observatory leverages advanced analytics on buildings, facilities, and population densities to forecast future requirements and support strategic urban expansion. Furthermore, the platform enhances connectivity with Dubai’s land, air, and maritime transport systems, ensuring a complete operational picture.
