Dubai is set to host the 10th anniversary edition of Expand North Star, the world’s largest event for startups and investors, from October 12-15, 2025. The iconic Dubai Marina will be transformed into a global innovation hub, expecting to welcome over 75,000 attendees, 1,800 startups, and 1,000 investors from more than 100 countries.

Organized by the Dubai World Trade Centre and hosted by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, the upcoming event marks a full decade of empowering entrepreneurs, investors, and emerging technologies. Over the years, Expand North Star has been instrumental in helping thousands of startups secure millions in funding, forge strategic international partnerships, and scale globally, solidifying Dubai’s position as a launchpad for the digital economy.
What to Expect at the 2025 Edition
The 2025 edition will introduce several innovative platforms to cater to a diverse range of technology sectors. Highlights include the ScaleX program, which will spotlight 100 of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies, and a dedicated Consumer Tech Zone focusing on advancements in augmented reality, virtual reality, and smart health.
The event will also feature the North Star Green Impact initiative for climate and sustainability startups and the DeepTech MEA Summit, exploring trends in AI, robotics, and quantum computing. Further discussions on Web3 and modern financial infrastructure will take place at the Digital Assets Forum, while the Supernova Challenge 2.0 will return with a $200,000 prize pool, underscoring Dubai’s commitment to fostering innovation.
