The new system is built on sophisticated “AI Agents” technology, which goes beyond a simple chatbot. These AI agents are capable of independently executing tasks, processing procedures, and answering complex queries on behalf of employees. The platform integrates directly with the federal HR information system, “Bayanati,” to analyze data and deliver accurate, personalized responses through interactive voice or text interfaces, without human intervention.
