Hlthera, an AI-powered social healthcare platform, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with real-world safety technology company Tapy. The partnership aims to develop more integrated, preventative, and human-centred healthcare solutions that extend beyond traditional clinical settings.
A Vision for Integrated Care
The collaboration will combine Hlthera’s AI-driven social healthcare ecosystem with Tapy’s real-world safety technology. Together, the companies will explore new models to support continuous care, promote early health awareness, and enhance everyday wellbeing. This strategic alliance is designed to bridge the gap between formal healthcare systems and the daily lives of individuals, with a core focus on improving accessibility and independence.
The MoU was formally signed by Nader Nassar, Founder and CEO of Hlthera, and Youssef Al Hussiny, Co-Founder and CEO of Tapy, in the presence of representatives from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund.
Driving Preventative and Dignified Journeys
For Hlthera, this partnership accelerates the evolution of its system, Xyra, to not only respond to health needs but to proactively anticipate them. For Tapy, it extends its safety-first philosophy into the healthcare domain, advancing technologies that operate seamlessly to provide reassurance and support.
“This partnership with Tapy reflects our shared ambition to design systems that anticipate needs, respect independence, and empower individuals and families with greater confidence and clarity,” said Nader Nassar.
Youssef Al Hussiny stated, “By combining safety-led technology with intelligent healthcare insights, we aim to support individuals and families with tools that enhance confidence, independence, and well-being.”
Through this collaboration, the two companies will explore opportunities to integrate intelligent insights and safety technologies to better support People of Determination, the elderly, and their families. Both companies will remain operationally independent while pursuing these joint objectives.
Fostered by the MBRIF Ecosystem
Both Hlthera and Tapy are alumni of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund (MBRIF) Innovation Accelerator Programme, which was instrumental in supporting their growth and readiness for scale. The MBRIF Accelerator provides startups with specialised mentorship, strategic exposure, and access to innovation networks, helping founders build commercially viable and impactful solutions.
The fund’s continued support for its alumni underscores its commitment to strengthening the UAE’s innovation ecosystem and advancing a diversified, knowledge-based economy.
