Property Finder, the region’s leading real estate platform, has unveiled the largest AI-generated skyline hoarding ever created in Dubai to mark the launch of its new brand campaign, “It All Starts Here.” The record-breaking 200-metre display stretches alongside Sheikh Zayed Road, showcasing a hyper-realistic cityscape created through a market-first AI workflow.
By the Numbers
The campaign is anchored in Property Finder’s dominant market position and nearly 20-year journey:
- 200 Metres: The length of the ultra-horizontal, AI-generated hoarding on Sheikh Zayed Road.
- 10 Million Users: The number of people who used the platform to search for a home last year alone.
- 400,000+ Listings: The average number of live listings on the platform at any given time, covering 8 out of 10 properties in Dubai.
- 7 out of 10: The number of property seekers who prefer to engage with Property Finder’s “SuperAgents”.
“It All Starts Here”: A Campaign Rooted in Journeys
The “It All Starts Here” campaign, developed by global advertising agency Publicis, is rooted in Property Finder’s long history of evolving alongside Dubai and its world-famous skyline. The campaign’s core narrative device, “How it started… How it’s going,” spotlights the life changes that begin with a property search on the platform, with executions featuring the platform’s search bar as the launch point for these transformations.
“Property Finder has always been the place where journeys begin,” explains Sevgi Gur, CMO at Property Finder. “This campaign is a bold reminder of our role in shaping the region’s real estate story over the past two decades and our purpose to change living for good. This is the biggest media presence Property Finder has ever had, and we are raising the bar once again for what innovation looks like in the real estate marketing space”.
A Fusion of AI and Real-World Accuracy
To bring the campaign’s narrative to life on the grandest scale, Property Finder’s in-house creative team developed the record-breaking hoarding using a unique blend of AI tools, including MidJourney, Freepik, Photoshop, Lupa AI, and Leonardo AI. This market-first AI workflow was used to create and upscale the skyline while preserving authentic photography of Dubai’s real buildings, resulting in a seamless fusion of AI detail and real-world accuracy.
