Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) has announced a strategic partnership with global technology company Zoho to provide its vast business community with essential digital tools. The collaboration aims to accelerate the digital transformation journey for the more than 35,000 companies operating within the economic zone by offering them cost-effective access to a suite of enterprise-grade applications.
A Strategic Push for Digitalization
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formalized at the Compass Coworking Centre by Puneet Jain, Chief Strategic Officer at RAKEZ, and Prem Anand, Associate Director and Strategic Growth at Zoho. This agreement solidifies a shared commitment to enhancing the digital capabilities of the startups, SMEs, and larger enterprises that form the RAKEZ ecosystem.
Through the partnership, businesses registered with RAKEZ can now access Zoho’s integrated suite of cloud-based applications, which cover critical operational functions and help reduce administrative burdens.
Empowering SMEs and Startups
Under the new initiative, RAKEZ-registered companies are eligible to receive wallet credits of up to USD 1,000. These credits can be used to adopt Zoho’s comprehensive portfolio of applications for key business areas, including accounting and invoicing, customer relationship management (CRM), human resources, and internal collaboration. This initiative is designed to help businesses streamline their core operations, improve efficiency, and maintain clearer oversight of their activities.
