Global creator management and content development company, Gushcloud International, has announced its acquisition of a majority stake in TalentPlus Dubai, a UAE-based agen
y specializing in talent management and influencer marketing services.
The move comes 15 months after Gushcloud’s initial investment in TalentPlus, marking a strategic deepening of their partnership. This acquisition is a key part of Gushcloud’s long-term growth plan, reflecting the company’s accelerated expansion across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region as it broadens its global platform.
Rebranding to Gushcloud TalentPlus
Under the terms of the deal, TalentPlus will be rebranded as Gushcloud TalentPlus. The newly formed unit will operate with a dual focus: managing and investing in select regional talent for global representation, while also representing and marketing top international creators within Middle Eastern markets.
Enhancing Creator Monetization and IP
Through this acquisition, Gushcloud aims to bolster its capabilities in developing intellectual property (IP) for creators. The company plans to expand content monetization operations and introduce advanced media and marketing solutions powered by artificial intelligence. This will enable brands collaborating with influencers to achieve a higher return on investment.
