UAE’s Trusity And ENOC Partner To Foster Young Emirati Entrepreneurs

2 Min Read

Dubai-based skill-tech platform and SME-certified incubator Trusity has partnered with Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) to launch a new initiative aimed at empowering the next generation of Emirati entrepreneurs. The collaboration will identify, upskill, and incubate students with innovative and sustainable business ideas.

Bridging Education and Entrepreneurship

The partnership seeks to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application by providing students with hands-on entrepreneurial experience. The program will scout for innovative business concepts from Emirati students in Arabic-speaking schools across the nation, with a focus on ideas that align with ENOC’s strategic areas like sustainability, energy efficiency, and community impact.

From Ideation to Incubation

From the pool of applicants, the top 10 business ideas will be selected, and the student teams will be enrolled in Trusity’s flagship “TruPreneurs” program. This intensive training covers entrepreneurship, business modeling, and financial planning, complemented by mentorship from industry experts and business leaders. The program culminates in an investor pitch event where students present their refined ideas to potential stakeholders. Following the pitch, the projects will be incubated under Trusity’s TruNext incubator for further development and to be opened for external investment.

A Shared Vision for a Sustainable Future

This collaboration represents a shared vision to cultivate local talent and foster a new generation of entrepreneurs capable of building impactful businesses. By providing structured training and industry engagement, the initiative aims to play a crucial role in shaping the future of the UAE’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and contributing to its national sustainability goals.
