A new community-led organization in Saudi Arabia’s Jazan region, the Yad Tar’ak Association for Skills Development, has launched its inaugural training initiative with a workshop designed to foster local entrepreneurial talent. The event, titled “Planning Your Entrepreneurial Project from Idea to Execution,” marks the association’s first step in its mission to empower youth in the village of Upper Baish.

Cultivating Entrepreneurship At The Community Level

The workshop was created to provide aspiring entrepreneurs with a comprehensive understanding of the business creation lifecycle. Led by trainer Ibrahim Mohammed Maharash, the session provided participants with the essential knowledge and skills needed to transform a business concept into a viable project. The curriculum covered key stages including idea formulation, strategic planning mechanisms, and the practical steps required for successful implementation.

A Vision For Sustainable Development

Al-Hussein bin Ibrahim Shuwaie, Chairman of the Association, stated that the initiative is part of a broader effort to empower and develop the entrepreneurial capabilities of local youth. He emphasized the goal of fostering a new generation of founders who can launch successful projects that contribute to sustainable development and serve the community. The chairman also affirmed the association’s commitment to launching more specialized programs and initiatives in the future to continue its support for innovation and entrepreneurship.
