The ‘Gaming Plus Social’ Strategy
A key driver of Yalla’s growth was its focus on gaming innovation and targeted marketing campaigns, which resulted in a 9.1% year-over-year increase in revenue from game services for the full year. The company’s first match-3 game, Turbo Match, is now available and receiving positive user feedback, while a new desert-themed strategy game is slated for promotion in the second quarter of 2026.

By combining product innovation with deeper localisation and culturally relevant content, we aim to create more engaging digital experiences that resonate with users across the region.”
Deepening Regional Roots and Tech Integration
Yalla has also focused on strengthening its technological capabilities and regional presence. The company has deepened its integration of AI across its ecosystem to enhance operational efficiency, product innovation, and localization efforts.
In a strategic move to expand its footprint, Yalla established a partnership with the Saudi Esports Federation to support the Saudi eLeague 2026 and local talent programs.
“We also continued to strengthen our presence in Saudi Arabia as part of our regional growth strategy,” Yang noted, emphasizing the company’s commitment to unlocking synergies between its social and gaming platforms to drive long-term growth.
