500 MENA will host The Legal Check, the third and final session in its Founder Check Series, on August 10, 2026, from 7 PM to 8 PM KSA time.
The session will focus on the legal decisions founders need to make as they build and grow a startup. Topics will include founder agreements, intellectual property, company structure and preparing for due diligence.
Anais Samaha, MENA Counsel at 500 Global, will lead the session. She has supported accelerator programs, diligence and onboarding, as well as fundraising instruments and deal terms for early-stage companies across the MENA ecosystem.
Daif Alrajhi, Head of Accelerator at 500 MENA, is also listed among the speakers. The event is part of 500 Global’s broader support for founders, including through the 12-week Sanabil Accelerator.
