The Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) has launched the third cohort of the Lead & Design Program, with 41 participants from across Dubai’s government and private sectors. The program is an exceptional journey dedicated to ambitious leaders, empowering them with future-focused government design skills and the fundamentals of creative leadership.
Program Overview and Mission
The Lead & Design Program aims to cultivate a culture of innovation and empower national talent with design-thinking skills to turn challenges into opportunities. Through a mix of theoretical training and hands-on practice, participants will be able to support their entities to become future-ready and create services with human-centered design. The objective is to promote design-driven leadership, lead human-centered solutions, and encourage collaborative design.
What Participants Will Experience
The program offers a transformative experience, with specialized workshops hosted by global experts, inspiring field trips, and the ability to lead strategic projects. Over a 13-week period, participants will:
- Engage in interactive workshops and lectures on creativity and systematic thinking.
- Learn to use a range of design thinking tools and skills.
- Participate in an 8-day leadership immersion in a design-led European city.
- Experience an AI-powered design sprint to apply learnings to real challenges.
- Meet leading experts and specialists in the field.
Who Should Apply?
The program is designed for ambitious national talent. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a U.A.E. National.
- Be working for a Government or Government-owned entity.
- Have fluent verbal and written English skills.
