Bahrain-based fintech platform Tanami and leading coding institute Reboot01 have announced a strategic partnership aimed at training and employing local tech talent. The collaboration, unveiled during the Future of FinTech Forum 2025 (FF25), underscores a shared commitment to strengthening Bahrain’s growing fintech ecosystem by investing in its human capital.

Under the new agreement, Tanami has already onboarded three full-stack developers from Reboot01’s graduate pool. This move provides the fintech startup with access to highly skilled local talent capable of making an immediate impact on product development. For the graduates, it offers a crucial opportunity to apply their programming skills in a real-world environment, designing products that are shaping the future of alternative investments with enhanced transparency and quality.
