Digital Dubai has announced a strategic partnership with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) through a memorandum of understanding to co-develop the “AI-Powered Emirati Family” project. This collaboration is designed to blend advanced technology with national heritage, fostering knowledge exchange and providing technical and creative support to showcase Emirati identity and the nation’s accomplishments in the space sector.
A Strategic Alliance for Digital Content
The agreement was officially signed by Shaima Al Zarooni, Director of Marketing and Communication at Digital Dubai, and Abdullah Ahli, Head of Information Technology Department at MBRSC. The signing ceremony was attended by H.E. Salem Humaid Al Marri, Director General of MBRSC, and H.E. Tariq Yousef Al Janahi, CEO of Corporate Enablement Sector at Digital Dubai. The partnership establishes a framework for the two entities to combine their expertise in digital transformation and space science to create unique and engaging content.
Fusing AI with Emirati Heritage
A core objective of this initiative is to develop intelligent, AI-powered Emirati characters that reflect the project’s vision. MBRSC will provide the technical support necessary for producing advanced AI-powered voice content. Together, the partners will create content concepts and compelling narratives that highlight traditional Emirati values and identity, bringing them to life through modern technology for a new generation.
Showcasing National Space Achievements
Under the agreement, MBRSC will supply Digital Dubai with verified scientific content related to space exploration and the UAE’s astronauts. This collaboration will culminate in a special episode focusing on the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre, showcasing the UAE’s pioneering contributions to the global space industry. This serves the dual purpose of educating the public and celebrating the nation’s significant strides in science and technology.
