Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council And Nomo Partner To Empower Young Entrepreneurs

The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry‘s Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council has signed a cooperation agreement with the digital financing platform Nomo to empower youth-led projects and support Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). This strategic partnership aims to enhance access to funding and knowledge sharing, reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s standing as a leading regional hub for entrepreneurship and innovation.

The agreement was signed by Mansour Abdul Jabbar Al Sayegh, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council, and Mohammed Al Binali, General Manager of Nomo, in the presence of H.E. Marwa Abdullah Al Mansouri, a board member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber.

A Strategic Alliance for Growth

Under the new agreement, the two entities will collaborate to create an effective platform giving young entrepreneurs access to Nomo’s innovative financing solutions. The partnership will focus on launching joint programs, introductory workshops for SME owners, and interactive events that highlight unique funding opportunities in the market. This initiative will facilitate direct communication between entrepreneurs, investors, and support platforms.

Furthermore, the collaboration includes the exchange of analytical data and information to assist policymakers in developing future strategies that foster a more dynamic business environment. Members of the Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council will gain access to Nomo’s digital platform to leverage its SME financing tools, alongside joint marketing efforts to promote a culture of entrepreneurship among the youth.

Mansour Abdul Jabbar Al Sayegh emphasized the partnership’s alignment with the council’s vision. “This agreement embodies the Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council’s vision to support and empower a new generation of young entrepreneurs by enhancing cooperation with strategic partners,” he stated. “We believe that investing in youth is part of an integrated national vision to build a competitive, innovation-based global economy, which aligns with the objectives of the ‘The UAE, The World’s Entrepreneurship Capital’ campaign.”

Al Sayegh added that the collaboration with Nomo aims to provide an integrated system that supports the growth of pioneering projects, helps them access local and international markets, and builds a successful model for public-private partnerships.

From his side, Mohammed Al Binali expressed his pride in the partnership, highlighting its importance in developing a transparent and sustainable business ecosystem. “This partnership is a qualitative step towards enabling young entrepreneurs to access innovative financing solutions and providing them with the tools to turn their ideas into competitive projects,” said Al Binali. “At Nomo, we are committed to supporting youth by facilitating their access to capital and equipping them with the knowledge and skills for sustainable growth.”
