UAE’s Klaim Lands Strategic Investment From Claritev To Accelerate Healthcare Payments

4 Min Read

Dubai-based health-fintech startup Klaim, an AI-driven provider of healthcare payment-acceleration solutions, has received a strategic investment from Claritev Corporation, a global leader in healthcare analytics and claims analysis. The financial details of the investment were not disclosed.

The partnership is set to fund the launch of a co-branded Payment Acceleration Service, which will be integrated into Claritev’s extensive provider network. This collaboration aims to help healthcare organizations in both the MENA region and the United States gain faster and more predictable access to insurance reimbursements.

A Strategic Partnership for Global Expansion

This investment marks a significant step for both companies. For Claritev, a NYSE-listed firm, it strengthens its strategic expansion into the MENA region. For Klaim, it provides a crucial entry point and scalable infrastructure to expand its innovative payment solutions across the U.S. market.

The collaboration will combine Claritev’s established payor-provider network and its ACE analytics platform with Klaim’s proven payment-acceleration technology, setting a new standard for operational efficiency and liquidity in healthcare finance.

Accelerating Healthcare Reimbursements

The core of the partnership is the Claritev–Klaim Payment Acceleration platform. This service is designed to allow eligible healthcare providers to convert their pending insurance claims into near-instant liquidity, drastically reducing the typical 30–120 day reimbursement cycle to just 24 hours.

Key benefits for participating providers include certainty of payment for qualifying claims, reduced risk of cash flow gaps, and a significant decrease in administrative burdens, as Klaim will handle reconciliation and payor follow-ups for all accelerated claims.

“Our investment in Klaim reflects Claritev’s commitment to modernizing provider cash flow and strengthening financial resilience across the healthcare system,” said Will Mintz, Chief Strategy Officer at Claritev. “By combining Claritev’s trusted provider relationships and ACE technology with Klaim’s fintech infrastructure, we’re helping providers get paid faster and operate with greater confidence.”

“This relationship is about unlocking liquidity at scale for healthcare providers,” added Karim Dakki, Co-Founder & CEO of Klaim. “Together with Claritev, we’re bringing a data-driven solution that turns delayed reimbursements into predictable cash flow, helping practices stay focused on delivering care rather than chasing payments. The investment also marks the beginning of Klaim’s global restructuring.”
