The partnership aims to empower startups, developers, and enterprises within the DMCC Free Zone and beyond by combining JetBrains’ cutting-edge software development tools with DMCC’s dynamic ecosystem. The core objective is to advance the adoption and responsible application of AI technologies across a diverse range of industries, aligning with the UAE’s national AI vision.

As a tangible benefit of this initiative, JetBrains will provide DMCC member companies with six months of complimentary access to up to ten of its IDE, Team/Learning, and AI Assistant Pro subscriptions.
Following the initial six-month period, members will be eligible for a 50% discount from the seventh month onwards, providing sustained support for their development efforts.

The partnership extends beyond software access to include comprehensive ecosystem development. Both organizations plan to co-organise AI challenges and hackathons focused on solving real-world problems.
