The Kuwait-based non-profit organization LOYAC has successfully concluded the fourth edition of its “Kon Tinue” program for social entrepreneurship. The initiative provided 27 young participants, representing 23 innovative projects, with six weeks of intensive training designed to transform their ideas into ventures with a tangible community impact.
The program, held in collaboration with Babson College, culminated in a closing ceremony at Boursa Kuwait, where participants presented their final projects to a panel of judges.

Empowering Youth for Social Change

The Kon Tinue program serves as a comprehensive platform for empowerment, guiding aspiring entrepreneurs through the entire venture creation process. Participants moved from self-discovery and ideation to building robust business models, creative design, and financial planning. The intensive training equipped them with the necessary skills to develop sustainable projects that address pressing community needs.

The six-week curriculum was structured to provide a holistic learning experience, ensuring that each of the 23 projects was developed with a clear vision for both economic viability and social contribution.

Strategic Partnerships Fueling Innovation

The program’s success was amplified by the support of key corporate partners, including Boursa Kuwait, Zain, Al-Daw Holding, and M2R Advertising.

Farea Al-Saqqaf, a board member at LOYAC, emphasized the organization’s commitment to youth development. “The program embodies our deep belief in the capabilities of young people and their role in creating change,” she stated. “Through its successive editions, Kon Tinue has helped transform innovative ideas into projects with sustainable economic and community impact.”

Waleed Al-Khashti, Chief Corporate Affairs and Relations Officer at Zain Kuwait, spoke on the long-term collaboration. “Zain’s sponsorship is an extension of our partnership with LOYAC for more than 20 years and aligns with our sustainability strategy, which places education, youth empowerment, and entrepreneurship at its core.”
