Khazna Data Centers, a global hyperscale digital infrastructure leader, has entered a long-term, commercially significant contract with Abu Dhabi-based AI and big data analytics company Presight. The partnership will see the deployment of an AI-optimized facility management solution and a centralized command and control center across Khazna’s extensive portfolio.
This agreement builds upon a strategic collaboration announced at GITEX Global 2025 and is a cornerstone of the launch of Khazna NexOps, a new in-house operations organization aimed at setting new standards of excellence for hyperscale and AI-era infrastructure.
A New Era of Operations With Khazna NexOps
The launch of Khazna NexOps signals a major strategic shift for the company, moving from a vendor-driven operations model to a unified in-house capability. This new organization establishes a consistent operating model covering people, processes, technology, and governance to ensure continuity of service for customers with mission-critical workloads.
In less than a year, the NexOps team has grown from 20 to over 230 specialists, developing more than 5,000 operational documents to support standardized, audit-ready practices across more than 30 data centers. The initiative has already delivered tangible results, including a 2.3 percent improvement in power usage effectiveness (PUE) despite challenging regional climate conditions.
The AI-Powered Command Center
The first key deliverable of the Presight partnership is a centralized command and control center. This hub will provide real-time visibility and coordinated oversight across Khazna’s entire data center network, enabling faster, data-driven decision-making and significantly enhancing operational resilience.

At the heart of this transformation is Presight’s AI-Optimized Sustainable Data Centre solution. The platform integrates data from multiple operational technology and facilities systems into a single intelligence layer. This enables predictive and prescriptive maintenance, proactive fault detection, and performance optimization across all facility assets.
The solution also incorporates advanced digital twin capabilities through Presight’s Meta-Intelligence platform, which creates a real-time 3D virtual model of the data center infrastructure. This allows for sophisticated scenario simulation, spatial asset analysis, and operational planning. Furthermore, embedded energy optimization and sustainability analytics will support efficiency improvements, track energy and carbon usage, and streamline ESG reporting.
