Procode.gg Takes Top Honors At StartUp Bahrain’s 23rd Pitch Night

3 Min Read

The Bahraini gaming and esports startup Procode.gg has secured first place at the 23rd edition of the StartUp Bahrain Pitch Night. The event served as the grand finale for the “Raise: The Art of Fundraising” bootcamp, a specialized program delivered by Spring in collaboration with Tamkeen, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, and the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB). Procode.gg emerged victorious following a rigorous selection process that highlighted the most promising scaleups currently operating within the Kingdom’s tech ecosystem.

Empowering the Next Generation of MENA Founders

The “Raise” program, which has supported over 130 founders since its inception in 2023, is designed to bridge the gap between early-stage innovation and investment readiness. Through 460 hours of mentorship and 150 workshops, the initiative provides founders with the tools to refine their business models and master the nuances of capital raising. The 23rd Pitch Night showcased the culmination of these efforts, with startups presenting their solutions to a panel of expert judges including industry leaders from across the region’s venture capital and startup landscape.

Joining Procode.gg on the podium was Kinderhaus, an AI-powered EdTech platform founded by Halcyon Fellow Huda Radhi, which claimed second place. The event also spotlighted runners-up W.I.S.E.R, a legal-tech venture providing 24/7 government guidance, and Mawaheb, a platform dedicated to connecting regional creative talent.

A Strategic Catalyst for the Kingdom’s Startup Ecosystem

The continued success of the Pitch Night series reflects the coordinated effort of Bahrain’s “Team Bahrain” approach to ecosystem development. By aligning the resources of the Bahrain Development Bank and the EDB with private sector expertise from Spring and StartUp Bahrain, the Kingdom has created a repeatable framework for scaling local talent. This infrastructure is particularly vital for sectors like esports and EdTech, where Bahrain is increasingly positioning itself as a regional testbed for high-growth digital solutions.

The winners of the Pitch Night gain more than just recognition; they receive critical exposure to a network of investors and strategic partners capable of fueling their regional expansion. For Procode.gg, the win underscores the massive potential of the MENA gaming market, while for Kinderhaus, it validates the role of AI in personalizing the educational journey for children across the region.
