Request for Proposals Overview
DIGIT aims to empower youth by providing integrated opportunities within the digital economy through activities such as digital training, freelancing programs, and professional capacity building. The selected operator will be responsible for managing the center’s infrastructure, including a digital fabrication lab for prototyping, while providing entrepreneurship services and technological consulting. The goal of this RFP is to secure an agency capable of implementing a sustainable operational plan that adheres to high standards of governance and efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

- Financial Solvency: Ability to cover estimated operational costs of USD 10,000 per month.
- Proven Partnerships: Evidence of previous or current collaborations with local and international organizations in the digital field.
- Operational Commitment: Agreement to follow the Center’s structure and policies regarding information security, integrity, and transparency.
Selection Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following weighted scale:
- Financial Solvency (30%): Evaluation of the financial proposal, institution balances, and funding sources.
- Technical Experience (30%): Number and type of digital development projects completed (valued at ≥ USD 40,000 per project).
- Operational Proposal (30%): Quality of the initial operational plan, resource identification, and funding mechanisms.
- Institutional Structure (10%): Stability of the organizational structure and quality of the management team.
