Value Makers Studio (VMS), a venture studio specializing in building and scaling startups across the Middle East and North Africa, has announced the launch of its VMS Accelerate program in Cairo. The initiative aims to support promising Egyptian startups with regional expansion, offering cash investments of up to EGP 1.5 million per company and a dedicated pathway to enter the Saudi Arabian market.
A Gateway to Gulf Expansion
The VMS Accelerate program is designed for Seed+ stage startups that have developed scalable business models and are actively seeking to expand beyond their local markets. For its inaugural cohort in Cairo, VMS plans to invest in and accelerate seven startups, providing them with the necessary tools and capital to tap into one of the region’s fastest-growing economies.
Comprehensive Support and Mentorship
The intensive three-month program offers an integrated experience combining funding, expert mentorship, and direct access to regional markets. The curriculum covers essential pillars including business model refinement, growth strategies, investment readiness, and partnership building, with a specialized focus on preparing companies for a successful launch in Saudi Arabia.
Participants will gain access to a robust network of over 150 mentors and industry experts, alongside more than 18 specialized sessions crafted to enhance their capabilities and fast-track their growth.
Simulating the Real World
VMS Accelerate incorporates several practical components designed to mirror real-world investment scenarios. These include weekly investor sessions and investment room simulations. The program also features innovative initiatives like “Client on the Board,” which allows founders to receive direct, actionable feedback from customers and experts.

The program, which saw applications close on March 31, is set to officially launch in May.
