Moadna is positioning itself as more than a simple booking tool by focusing on the creation of a comprehensive digital ecosystem for a market that is still in the early stages of digital transformation. The platform provides a dual-sided solution: it offers doctors a centralized system to organize appointments, track patient histories, and manage financial records, while providing patients with a streamlined interface to discover specialists and secure medical consultations. To date, the application has facilitated 1,500 successfully booked appointments.

A key differentiator for the platform is its early adoption of artificial intelligence to enhance diagnostic and search capabilities. Moadna recently introduced an AI-powered feature for medical analysis, which is currently processing approximately 100 cases per week. Despite the challenges within the local market, Moadna has achieved a broad geographical footprint, listing doctors in major cities including Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Hama, Lattakia, and Tartous. The network covers a wide array of medical disciplines such as dentistry, dermatology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, and general surgery. By aggregating verified patient reviews and offering a transparent booking process, the startup is fostering a data-driven environment that was previously unavailable in the local healthcare sector.
